Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility  
To qualify for a return, your item must:  
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it  
- Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)  
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)  

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

- Order number  
- Item(s) you want to return  
- Reason for return  

If your return is approved, we will provide a return label and instructions. 
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@estaliosfit.com with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items  
We do not accept returns for:  
- Personal care products  
- Used or opened items  
- Custom or personalized products  
- Perishable goods  
- Hazardous materials  
- Gift cards  
- Sale items  

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item, please return your original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

European Union Customers  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
